Abstract


With the further development of the enterprise reform, especially in the twenty-first century, the level of equipment management improve gradually with the improvement of enterprise management level. Advanced equipment management systems, methods and technologies such as "point check system, condition monitoring, and computer application" have been widely used in many enterprises in China. On the contrary, the existing overhaul system makes overhaul maintenance task increasingly heavy, the expenses increase, obviously exposes the flaws and shortcomings of its existence.This paper takes the HSM project dept. of TongHua Steel Group as an example. On the basis of serious analysis of problem arising from the existing equipment management, combining with the need of equipment management, the paper bring out a suitable management model associated with mainly focus on point check & periodic maintenance and embodiment of TPM of HSM project dept. of TongHua Steel Group for this stage. Point check &periodic maintenance equipment management system combines regular maintenance and preventive maintenance. Through this management system, we can form a closed-loop feedback system of the plant equipment maintenance management; achieve the dynamic management of the plant equipment, and aims at the goal of the lower maintenance expenses.The application of the concept of TPM aims at the highest integrated efficiency of the equipments. This paper points at the mode of point check & periodic maintenance, combing the current situation of the HSM project dept. of TongHua Steel Group, presents its own views on the optimal distribution and process of maintenance management of the overhaul institutions and staff, besides, it carries through the functional design for the plant equipment management system. The HSM project dept. of TongHua Steel Group pushes ahead with regular point check system & periodic maintenance system, thus, equipment management has achieved remarkable results. It greatly reduces the downtime of the equipment malfunction and improves the professional ability of the engineering and technical personnel, brings considerable economic and social benefits.
