Abstract

Objective: This study aimed to investigate shenmai Injection regulation of vascularendothelial cell function in acute lung injury, expectations for the acute lung injuryprevention and control to provide a new way and basis. Methods: To establish strict diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteriaand efficacy observation based on the standard, using a randomized, balanced, the controlprinciple,80cases of eligible subjects were randomly divided into A, B two group,40cases in each group. The A group was treated with routine Western medicines combinedwith Shenmai injection group (referred to as Shenmai group), giving5%glucose injection250ml with Shenmai injection50ml intravenous infusion, once a day, for the rest ofconventional treatment of Western medicine; group B as the conventional treatment ofWestern medicine group (referred to as the Western medicine group), giving theconventional treatment of Western medicine. The above two groups of treatment were10to1courses of treatment, The before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptomsand laboratory indexes were compared. Results: Compared with the western medicine group, the Shenmai group improvedsignificantly in patients with respiratory rate, blood gas the PaO2, PaCO2, the PaO2/FiO2is index, significantly reduced the level of ET-1, ICAM-l and NO, noninvasive positivepressure average ventilation time was significantly shorter, invasiveThe small number ofcases of mechanical ventilation, lung injury score better than the Western medicine group.Western medicine group after treatment is markedly effective in5cases,17cases ofeffective and ineffective in18cases, the total efficiency of55%; Shenmai group ismarkedly effective in8cases,23cases effective, and nine cases, the total efficiency of77.5%, the total effective rate comparison the differences were significant, the Shenmai group total was significantly higher than the Western medicine group. Conclusion: Shenmai injection can significantly improve patients with acute lunginjury, respiratory rate, blood oxygen partial pressure, improve oxygenation, reduce acutelung injury of plasma ET-1and ICAM-1, NO level, to improve the patients with lunginjury prognosis. Shenmai injection on acute lung injury in rats, under stress can reducethe ET-1,ICAM-l,NO excessive synthesis and release of vascular endothelial cell functionregulation.
