Abstract

Objective:Through observing the clinical effect of tubal recanalization decoction by the tutor’s experience, this paper objectively describes the effectiveness of this decoction in improving patients’clinical symptoms and signs, as well as improving the tubal patency and pregnancy.Methods:90cases collected from the gynecology clinic of the People’s Hospital of Fujian Province are diagnosed as tubal obstructive infertility with the type of damp-heat and blood stasis. They were divided into group A, B and C randomly, with30patients in each group. Group A:Shaofuzhuyu Decoction; Group B:Take oral prescription of tubal recanalization decoction; Group C:Carry on oral prescription of tubal recanalization decoction combined with external application. Finally, separate evaluation was analyzed statistically by clinical symptoms, signs, pregnancy and tubal patency for each group.Results:1.Comparison of pregnancy condition after three periods of treatment The pregnant rate is separately13.30%in group A,20.00%in group B and40.00%in group C. To compare each pair among the three groups, there is significant differences between group A and C as well as group B and C (P<0.05). But group shows slight differences in pregnant rate from group C (P>0.05).2.For non-pregnant patients, tubal patency rate of group A reached26.92%,7tubal patency cases out of26in total, after3menstrual cycles, while that of group B achieved45.83%with11tubal patency out of24cases. Moreover tubal patency rate of group C came up to55.56%in3menstrual cycles. Each pair of the three groups performs marked differences (P<0.05)3.Comparison of Tradition Chinese Medicine syndrome accumulated points Through paired t-test or rank sum test, all three groups have significant discrepancy before and after treatments (P<0.05). To compare each group, Group A and B, group B and C both yield significant differences (P<0.05). Either before or after treatment, group A differs greatly from group C (P <0.05)4. Comparison of physical signs By paired t-test and rank sum test, three groups show significant differences before and after treatment (P<0.05). According to rank sum test results, each group performs great difference (P<0.05) after treatment, such as group A and group B, as well as group B and group C. Furthermore, group A and group C significantly differ from each other either before or after treatment (P<0.05)5.Comparison of recurrence For group A, there are4pregnant patients with pregnant rate at13.30%, and7non-pregnant patients with tubal patency rate at26.92%and cure rate at36.7%. Meanwhile, group B comprises7pregnant cases with a pregnant rate of20.00%, and11non-pregnant patients with tubal patency rate of45.83%and cure rate of56.67%. Finally among group C,12pregnant cases achieve40.00%of pregnant rate after3periods of treatment, while10non-pregnant cases reach55.56%of tubal patency and73.33%of cure rate. Each separate group has significantly different recurrence (P<0.05)Conclusions:1.For blood stasis type of tubal obstructive infertility, oral prescription of Tubal Recanalization decoction combined with dregs of decoction applied externally improves pregnancy rate.2.Compared with the combined treatment of Tubal Recanalization decoction and external application of dregs, taking Tubal Recanalization decoction orally can also increase the tubal patency rate as well as reducing recurrence of tubal adhesion, although its curative effect is not so remarkable.3.Despite both the oral prescription of Tubal Recanalization decoction and the combined TCM treatment improve TCM symptoms and signs, the combined method brings better performance.
