With the continuous improvement of the part accuracy requirements , there is an urgent need high-speed, high-precision CNC machine tools , large gantry machining center perfect, high precision, micron or even nanoscale parts can be processed , but a large gantry machining center there are many technical problem, a large gantry machining center dual linear motors synchronous gantry machining center control technology is to achieve high-speed , high-precision one of the key technologies . Transmission scheme , we use a permanent magnet synchronous linear motor instead of the traditional rotary motor ball screw . Permanent magnet synchronous linear motor eliminates the rotary motor by the rotary motion to linear motion of the mechanical transmission chain , and has a high intensity of the electromagnetic force , low loss , small electrical time constant , fast response , make it in the high-precision micro- feed servo system to become one of the best of the implementing agencies . In the control strategy , in order to achieve the dual linear motor gantry machining center synchronization control , we propose to replace the traditional PID controller disturbance rejection controller ADRC new digital control technology does not depend on the model of the system , the the algorithm is simple, fast , no overshoot , high identification accuracy , a good tracking ability and anti- parameters disturbance ability . Fuzzy PID controller instead of the feedback controller , fuzzy control and traditional control mathematical model, it does not depend on the object with strong robustness . Finally, MATLAB software based PID control strategy based on active disturbance rejection control strategy based ADRC fuzzy PID control strategy simulation, simulation results demonstrate based on ADRC fuzzy PID control strategy can achieve better control the effect of synchronization error , and strong robustness .
