Abstract

In the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system, the conventional inverter with a fixed switching frequency modulation, so that the motor noise spectrum containing concentrated in the switching frequency and its integer multiples of the harmonic content of this noise will bring the feeling of pleasure, and even cause some damage to human health. Although larger point of the power spectral density of the noise outside the range of human hearing, but through the use of a higher switching frequency will be such that the increase in loss of the inverter. Therefore, based on the the spreading principle of switching noise suppression technology has become a focus for researchers. Solve this problem, the cycle frequency modulation and random frequency modulation spread spectrum policy conducted in-depth research. First of all, on the basis of the analysis of the fixed switching frequency SVPWM principle and its specific implementation of digital control system, fixed switching frequency of the output signal harmonic analysis, the spectral distribution law. Analysis, as well as based on DSP permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system experimental study, theoretical analysis is verified by simulation in Simulink. Second, three of the triangle wave, sawtooth and sine wave cycle switching frequency modulation technique for permanent synchronous motor switching noise suppression in-depth study. In order to explore the power-up cycle and modulation cycle ratio of the noise reduction effect, made on the the five kinds cycle ratio of simulation and experiment results show that the greater the ratio, the better the effect of spread spectrum. In addition, the modulation function with the line voltage fundamental phase of the spread spectrum effect. The three ways of simulation and experimental studies have shown that the cycle frequency modulation can indeed effective energy spectrum extended to a wider range. Again, in view of the discontinuity in the cycle frequency modulation signal spectrum and the zonal distribution of the random frequency modulation technique used in permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system. Random frequency modulation, in order to ensure that the random number having a better distribution characteristics using a the Mersenne Twister generate better performance of the random number generator method. Simulation and experimental results show that, compared with the frequency of three cycles, random frequency modulation able to obtain the best spreading. Finally, the frequency modulation technique makes complex harmonic content in the output voltage and current of the inverter, it will cause the rotor frequency eddy current loss and inverter loss performance, using finite element method to calculate the different frequencies of the rotor eddy current loss, then the rotor eddy current loss and inverter loss under different frequency modulated by a calculation and comparison analysis. The calculation results show that after the cycle frequency modulation and random frequency modulation, the rotor of the eddy current loss will increase, while the inverter loss is substantially the same.
