With the rapid development of wind power in recent years , the proportion of wind power in the electrical energy is growing , and the impact of its power grid also been important . How to keep the grid grid voltage sag , wind turbines , and be able to support the grid voltage recovery , become a research hotspot . TSC, SVC and STATCOM for reactive power compensation and voltage adjustment device . This topic for STATCOM low performance superior dynamic response speed and smaller contradictions rated compensation capacity , combined with TSC and SVC larger capacity and ability to compensate for the lower terminal voltage dropped , TSC, SVC STATCOM consisting the tricyclic compensated running parallel reactive power compensation system ( SVS ) . Thesis the TSC, SVC and STATCOM based , gives the SVS circuit topology , mathematical model and analysis of its working principle and operating characteristics . The paper presents a combination of control strategies for maintaining and outlets bus voltage constant and prevent voltage collapse for the basic design of the control algorithm to compensate for reactive coordinated allocation of tricyclic classic PI control thought , and on this basis , the use of fuzzy control theory improve system response speed and control precision . The paper establishes a system-level simulation model to prove that the the proposed SVS mixing device has good reactive compensation effect , can effectively enhance the ability of low voltage ride through for wind farms .
