Abstract


As a new integrated interdisciplinary, reliability theory relates to many areas of the natural sciences, applied technical science and management science and has been widely used in many aspects of social production, especially for large complex systems, reliable management work is particularly important. Combined with the problems of current risk assessment algorithms and management of power distribution network reliability, starting a comprehensive analysis from the reliability evaluation method.Describes the characteristics of power distribution system and its parameters and the risk assessment of the reliability of distribution network research situation at home and abroad, introduces the risk assessment index of reliability of the distribution network systems that was used commonly, Describes the indicators and original algorithm’s classification of risk assessment on the reliability detailed, proposed new classification based on the in-depth analysis of algorithmic.Then introduced the analysis process of the traditional FMEA and it’s application in risk assessment of the distribution system’s reliability, thoughts of the defects of analysis algorithms based in FMEA, proposed on the ideas of new FMEA analysis that have introduced of the criticality analysis; aimed at the deficiency of the current algorithm, tree-based model of the regional distribution network reliability assessment methods was proposed, compared with similar algorithms, indicated that the algorithm has the advantage; used of these algorithms and selected the specific branch to improve the reliability and the results showed that the improved algorithm was effective and more consistent for the net assessment. Analyzed the process of reliability evaluation, indicated the important factors of the reliability assessment, discussed the advices of power distribution network reliability management process from the equipment reliability evaluation and switch optimal allocation. In equipment reliability assessment, the model of "original parameters+event log" computing devices from the date of the current date put into operation more reliable indicators of a day, and less reliable equipment was prompted automatically; In the base of the ideas of traditional switch optimization for planning and improvement, the optimal placement of switch was classified into the planning time, operation time and the failure time of the switch corresponding to different stages of optimization methods.Finally, combines the assessment and management of reliability assessment, applied VC++6.0 programming environment, uses SQL Server2005 as the database platform, designed and developed the supporting software of reliability analysis of the power distribution system, and descript the design and application of various functional modules in the software.
