Abstract


The power company as a special kind of market players , the play of its functions , not only related to the production , people's lives , but also related to the economic and social stability and people's livelihood . Therefore , the state for the reform of the electricity industry is very cautious . The power company is bound by all aspects of operations more , the lack of autonomy . This case a serious impact on the financial management of the Heilongjiang Electric Power Company , leading to a variety of financial risks . The paper combines domestic theorists for specific industry characteristics of the electricity company's financial risk control research and Heilongjiang Electric Power Company , Heilongjiang Electric Power Company 's financial risk management status quo through the questionnaire and other problems which exist and produce the problems of deep-seated reasons . Then , according to the characteristics of the financial risk of Heilongjiang Electric Power Company to construct Heilongjiang Electric Power Company 's financial risk control system , including risk identification , risk measurement , risk control and risk feedback subsystem . Finally, based on the financial risk control system appropriate safeguards policies, systems , and create a favorable environment for the power company's financial risk control system running .
