Health care industry bears a lot of pressure from different parties during the process of marketization. Nursing care management is an important section to emphasize on. The interactions will influence perceived quality and further lay an effect on the satisfaction level of patients. Applying quality control methods to healthcare industry is sufficient according to the literature review.Quality Function Deployment is an effective "bridge" to connect customers’ needs outside with quality control inside. Kano model works as quantifying customers’ needs in order to achieve customers’satisfaction. FMEA mode is an effective method for solving problems like process redesign.Based on the research of the method introduced above, an innovative nursing care quality control model based on Quality function deployment is present in this article. This model contains four submodels. The first submodel is patients’needs identification model, the second submodel is innovative nursing planning model combining Kano and QFD methods, the third submodel is mapping model of patients’ needs with HOQs transferring needs, and the last submodel is critical sub process control model combined with FMEA. Besides, the model has been applied in nursing service quality control in a hospital with excellent results.The research findings are below:(1) An nursing care quality control model based on QFD, KANO and FMEA is come up with. It contains four submodels.(2) The fourth submodel expanded the research and application of FMEA mode based on QFD in healthcare service.(3) The model has been applied to the quality control process of nursing care in a hospital.
