Abstract


In the city, adopting ordinary iron-tower (the ratio of height and root width for 4 to 8) to convey electric power can not meet the needs of modern city covers an area of less high-voltage requirements. Narrow base tower as a small footprint, tower-type channel is relatively compact, increasingly favored by the electricity sector. To optimize the ratio of heigt and root width, smaller footprint obtained narrow bese-type sense.By discrete variable optimization design theory, the strength and deflection of constraint conditions of narrow base established tower structure optimization mathematical model. Strength control, using the method of static set that will tower body simplified static set structure, the method of plane truss was deduced, the tower body stress and the root of the open advocate the function relation between; Use equivalent static wind loading method, the wind load equivalent in the role of towers, the stress and the root of the open advocate the function equation satisfied the requirements of the strength of the minimum root open. Deflection control, according to the tower body space geometric relationships between components of the tower body to root for variables on or advocate material section commands flow, a 3-d finite element model, through the geometric nonlinear analysis, meet the minimum requirements that deflection root open. Take two minimum root in value as a large open after optimization, the root of narrow tower open, highly root than the largest open the narrow the tower.Combined with wuhan city mulan sformation ~wangjiadun sformation 220 kv transmission tower will change in engineering, straight narrow tower, to the ratio of height and root width optimize, and draw the conclusion that satisfy the standard maximum height than root open, highly the ratio of height and root width increased 13.73 to 11.82. The optimization of tower body from before and after material and covers an area of two aspects of economic analysis, optimization tower body after increase steel 4.6%, save the land cost 25.9%, the optimized narrow base tower has the good economic efficiency and application value.
