Abstract


Profit is the purpose of a company, but work was done by employee. Their efficiency and effectiveness affect the earnings of the company. Employee satisfaction will affects the attitude and motivation, ultimately affects the efficiency and effectiveness. Only pay close attention to employee satisfaction and improve it, the company can stimulate employee potential and improve their job performance, then ensure the long-term development of the company. Now more and more companies realize that employee is the valuable wealth, so improve employee satisfaction becomes the focus of the investment and the important means of increasing the value in human resources.Construction industry as a pillar industry of the national economy, accounting for gross domestic product increased year by year, employee is also growing. But employee satisfaction is low and short of specialized research. Firstly,the paper described the research background, reviewed and analyzed the current situation at home and abroad. Secondly, the paper elaborated meanings, theories and research methods of employee satisfaction. Then elaborated industrial characteristics and current situation of human resources in construction company, established research model.Finally, the paper selected a construction company to carry out on-the-spot survey and analyzed the results combined with interviews to identify the main factors, proposed management measures to enhance employee satisfaction.This paper helps the company to find out the real needs of employees by introducing related theories and conducting field survey of employee satisfaction, and then provided references for business management.
