Object:This thesis is to explore the serum granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF)levels in cerebral infarction patients and type2diabetes patients,and to explore therelationship between the serum G-CSF of cerebral infarction patients and the severity level ofearly neurological deficit.Methods:A total of120subjects were divided into four groups:healthy control group,type2diabetes group,cerebral infarction group,cerebral infarction patients with type2diabetesgroup(each group,n=30).Serum G-CSF level was determined by enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assay (ELISA):①To compare serum G-CSF levels among four groups;②The60patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups(each group,n=30) accordingto its National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score median: group A (1to7scores), group B (8to21scores).Then,the serum G-CSF levels of two groups were compared.Results:①There were significant difference in G-CSF among the four groups (P<0.01);Theserum G-CSF level of healthy control group was significantly lower than that of other threegroups,(33.40±8.07)pg/ml vs (43.84±8.36)pg/ml,(50.92±6.12) pg/ml,(50.98±6.24)pg/ml(P<0.01);The serum G-CSF level of type2diabetes group was lower than that of cerebralinfarction group and cerebral infarction patients with type2diabetes group(P <0.05);Therewas no difference between cerebral infarction group and cerebral infarction inpatients withtype2diabetes group (P>0.05);②T he serum G-CSF of group B was significantly higher thanthat of group A,(54.05±4.15)pg/ml vs (47.85±6.26)pg/ml(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Serum G-CSF involved in the pathophysiological process of cerebral infarctionand type2diabetes;2.The serum G-CSF of cerebral infarction patients is closely related tothese verity level of early neurological deficit.
