Abstract


According to statistics , the construction industry has up to 2 /3 of the construction project is over budget in the final account , good cost control in the construction phase and resource management has become an important task of project management . However, the height of the construction process dynamics , resulting in construction of resource and cost management and control of a large amount of computation , data is not easy to get , especially when engineering changes occur when the workload increased exponentially . For a long time , resource and cost management construction mainly artificially controlled , related management software can assist managers to make the necessary calculations and statistics, not the cost of the construction of resources and real-time monitoring and fine management, real waste of resources and projects over budget is still very serious . This topic integrated application 4D-CAD technology and BIM (Building Information Model) technology , the introduction of the Bill of Quantities method, three-dimensional model of the building components based on the associated WBS, construction progress and resource information, create a 4D construction phase construction resource information model . And 4D construction resource information model based on the construction phase through research to refine the resource management mechanisms WBS process nodes and methods developed based on 4D BIM technology dynamic resource management system to realize the construction process engineering dynamic query , people, materials , machines and other construction dynamic resource management, construction costs , real-time monitoring, progress billing payment and management . 4D BIM technology based on dynamic resource management system has been applied in the actual project , the results show that the proposed method issues , technologies and systems is feasible and effective. Practical application shows that the research results contribute to an overall grasp of project implementation and progress , to discover and solve construction resources and cost control the contradictions and conflicts , can reduce project over budget , protect the supply of resources . To improve construction project management and cost control ability, has a significant effect.
