Watch and record the two groups of postoperative curative effect,postoperative wound healing time, the postoperative complications, anus function, thecircumstance such as recurrent and compare the two surgical method differences.Results: The treatment group and control group by two surgical method aftertreatment, its curative effect, healing time significant difference (P <0.05, P <o.01), thetreatment group than in control group; Two groups of patients with pain after treatment,edema, bleeding score more, after statistics processing, the treatment group score lowerthan those of the control group (P <0.05); The treatment group after micturition barrier,the incision cases delay healing complications obviously less than a control group, twogroups of significant difference (P <0.05); But the two groups of postoperative anusswelling, and a wound infection, anal stricture, recurrence and postoperative functionevaluation anus no significant difference (P> O.05)Conclusion: Keep teeth broken bridge suture line and surgical treatment ring mixedhemorrhoids has healing time is short， the pain is small， less complications， etc. Worthclinical application.
