Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of the Self-prepared Follicle-Stimulating Decoction of professor You Contacting with clomiphene ctrate on ovulatory infertility for kidney essence deficiency syndrome.Methods:To use random number table method,60Patients with ovulatory infertility were divided into Chinese and western medicine treatment group and western medicine in the medical treatment control group according to the doctor order,30patients in each group. Three menstrual cycles for one course of treatment Observed before and after treatment in patients with changing circumstances in clinical symptoms scores, basal body temperature, follicle development,ovulation and pregnancy after one course of treatment.Result:Treatment group and control group patients with ovulatory infertility, from Traditional Chinese medicine in terms of symptom scores, both groups after treatment compared with patients before symptom scores to improve, but the treatment group have apparent improvement than the control group,difference have statistical significance(P<0.05);From the basal body temperature changing in the circumstances, the two groups on the basis of body temperature are curative to ovulatory infertility patients, and similar in efficacy, difference have not statistical significance(P>0.05); On the promotion of follicular development, treatment group the development speed of follicle is more curative than the control group before ovulation2days and1day, difference have statistical significance(P<0.05), but the max-diameter follicle is approximate,difference have not statistical significance(P>0.05); On the ovulation rate situation, both groups have efficacy on ovulation, and similar in efficacy difference have not statistical significance(P>0.05),; Judging from the pregnancy, both groups of patients with anovulatory infertility pregnancy are curative, the pregnancy rate and fetus birth rate of treatment group are more curative than the control group, difference have statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of Chinese and western medicine therapies can improve ovulation disorder infertility patients with clinical symptoms, the basal body temperature,follicle development,ovulation and pregnancy.
