Objective:1.Explored the effect of dietary guidance on the status of nutritional intake during pregnancy,in order to provide a reference guide nutritional meals during pregnancy.2.Explored the effect of dietary guidance during pregnancy on pregnancy induced hypertension,in order to ruduce the incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension.Method:172women were selected as the research group who had no high risk factors and took part in pregnancy school in Obstetrics Department of Second Shanxi Medical University,from October of2011to march of2012.88case of experimental group and84case of control group both accept Prenatal examination routinely,and at the same time we provide dietary guidance to the experimental group.The two groups both accept dietary survey and record a dietary survey of3days after told.Then we input the collected data into NOA-PI,in order to analyse the condition of dietary intake of every pregnant women.According to the results of nutrition,combined with the weight gain of pregnant women,we carry out one on one nutrition analysis to experimental group and timely adjust to thermal energy and various nutrients supply until delivery.Compared to the dietary intake of nutrients and the incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension of the two groups,in order to explore relationship between meaningful nutrients and pregnancy induced hypertension.Results:1.Compared to the age, weight before pregnancy,hight,BMI before pregnancy and cultural difference of the experimental group and control group,the differences was not statistically significant (P>0.05)2.Two groups of pregnant woman’s main nutrient intake in late pregnancy:Compared to the intake of energy、protein、calcium of the experimental group and control group, the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05), compared to the intake of sodium, the differences was not statistically significant (P>0.05)3.Two groups of pregnant woman’s incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension:the experimental groups are lower than the control groups,the differences was statistically significant (χ2=4.749, P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The dietary guidance to pregnant woman had good clinical effect and ruduce the incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension.2.High protein,high calcium and low sodium may prevent PIH.
