Abstract


In highway construction, mechanized construction plays an increasingly important role, it is to ensure the construction of the highway construction progress and quality, but also inevitably lead to a huge construction enterprise fleet investment. Reasonable construction fleet configuration program can not only save the construction cost, and improve the quality of roads, but also to ensure the project is completed on schedule, to bring good economic benefits for the construction enterprises. Therefore, the optimization of the fleet in the highway construction process configuration, dynamic scheduling and management level, directly determine the progress of the construction of the entire project, project quality and economic efficiency of construction machinery optimization the configuration study also has important practical significance. In recent years, a number of experts and scholars at home and abroad and construction enterprises in the fleet to optimize the allocation and scheduling to do a lot of work, and made some research, but there is considered incomplete, the application range is limited by the lack of research objectives, it is difficult to meet the actual construction needs. On the basis of previous studies, the introduction of a quality cost model, multi-objective optimization build quality constraints duration - cost allocation model for road construction machinery, and particle swarm algorithm to solve the allocation model, and finally through a numerical cases to verify the usefulness of the model as well as the feasibility of the algorithm. This thesis is optimized for highway construction fleet configuration problems, by build quality constraints duration - the cost of multi-objective optimization allocation model, able to achieve the goal of the duration of the project, quality goals and cost targets optimization, which provide mechanical construction enterprises basis, also proved particle swarm optimization algorithm can solve the fleet optimized configuration issues, and to lay the foundation for future research work. Specific research work and results are as follows: 1, according to the highway construction fleet operating system machinery selection and supporting the principle of combination, research from the point of view of both static and dynamic configuration of the highway construction fleet. 2, the use of multi-objective optimization theory, the introduction of the concept of quality costs, the objective function model based highway construction fleet optimization the duration configured quality constraints - cost more. 3 model with improved particle swarm algorithm for solving the feasibility of the practicality of the model is verified by examples and particle swarm optimization optimize fleet configuration program.
