Abstract


In recent years, China's economy suddenly leaps development requires an integrated transport system is fully functional, reasonable structure, which necessarily requires integrated transport system from the global rational planning and research. However, in reality, the construction of integrated transport systems is the lack of relevant aspects of the research that led to integrated transport system structure is irrational. Regional passenger transport system is also the existence of such problems. Therefore, the regional integrated passenger transport study of the structure and gives idea of ??optimization has important practical significance. This paper gives a comprehensive regional transit system definition and elements, analyze it has five characteristics: integrity, purpose, diversity, self-organization and openness. On this basis, from the macro, meso and micro levels of analysis hierarchy significance passenger to determine the structure of the specific content passenger. Comprehensive analysis of the regional passenger transport structure factors, and summed up their evolution, combined with China's transport system characteristics of its structure evolution trend. From the macro-level analysis of regional passenger adaptability between supply and demand, which meso level for each mode of transport integrated passenger transport system characteristics, economic characteristics were analyzed to determine their range of adaptation. From the analysis of micro and macro aspects of inter-regional passenger travel mode choice factors influencing factors analysis based on generalized cost function was constructed, using analytic hierarchy process to calibrate the relevant parameters. Based on the above analysis, structural optimization of integrated regional passenger in his discussion of the necessity of optimizing the structure and principles of the basis of two levels from the static and dynamic conduct. From a static level, proposed to meet regional passenger demand as a precondition two optimization ideas were minimal resource consumption and user global optimum. Based on two ideas to build on resource constrained passenger structural optimization model and optimal user-based passenger transport structure optimization model, and use Harbin, Daqing and Yichun passenger transport between the three systems as a case study to validate the model, the results were compared analysis. From the dynamic level, drawing on the theory of Markov chain idea to establish a comprehensive regional trends in passenger transport structure evolution model, the model parameter calibration, and finally, in Heilongjiang Province as a case for passenger transport system development structure prediction, and then apply optimization Model Year Plan drawn passenger optimize the structure, and the two structures were analyzed to provide recommendations for decision-makers.
