Hepatic carcinoma as one of the most common malignant tumors in theworld is usually diagnosed at the late time. Especially Small Lesions ofPrimary Hepatic Carcinoma was hard to diagnosed by routine inspection forsmall size, insufficient blood supply and unobvious symptoms. CT scan is aconventional method. Further-more spiral CT can largely make up for thedeficiency of the conventional CT scan. Dyna-CT can improve the detectionrate of small lesions of HCC, provide the anatomic information of tumorblood vessels clearly and improve the different diagnosis and treatments ofSmall Lesions of Primary Hepatic Carcinoma. In this paper, patients withHCC underwent TACE (Transhepatic Arterial Chemotherapy AndEmbolization)treatment in our hospital were included from June2011to June2011.Then TACE was done. Dyna-CT examina-tion were taken during theoperations. According to the diameter of lesions the patients were divided intothree groups: group A (≤1.0cm), group B (1.1to2.0cm) and group C(2.1to3.0cm). Triple-phase contrast-enhanced spiral CT and Dyna-CT werescanned preoperatively and intraoperatively. The number of the hepaticcarcinoma nodules were compared by these two methods and done withanalysis of the statistic system. Furthermore, the clinical value of Dyna-CT inthe diagnosis and treatment of HCC were discussed.
