Abstract


Road traffic bridge is the throat, its direct impact on the state of technology and the smooth flow of road traffic safety, but also affect bridge traffic of economic and social benefits. There are three thousand seat Tianjin bridge, with highways, roads and rural roads quickly put level reconstruction, bridge number continues to increase. The construction of the bridge is only the beginning to solve traffic problems, in order to protect the safety of use of the bridge, to maintain its good performance, ensure the country’s investment to maximize the benefits, the bridge must take a very good conservation measures to change the current bridge maintenance management and technical the backward state of the bridge must be strong to change the traditional management model. Not only to strengthen the basic bridge management, bridge building and technical files to restore and strengthen the bridge management technical training, more important is the development of modern information processing technologies and management tools, establish a strict and comprehensive bridge inspection data collection procedures, establishment and implementation of computerized maintenance management systems, scientific and effective in regulating the maintenance and repair activities, so that limited resources for maximum social benefit. Therefore, in the current state, Tianjin and surrounding areas for geographical features, and distribution of the bridge, the bridge-depth study of the typical diseases and classification, prediction, repair and reinforcement method, the establishment of Tianjin and its information management system system functions optimized for the economic development of Tianjin has practical significance.Establish the significance of the bridge management system from the management, technical and economic aspects reflected:⑴conservation management system to promote continuous improvement and perfection, improve bridge maintenance management;⑵conservation funds in limited circumstances, to improve its efficiency, security bridge safety operations;⑶technical condition of the bridge based on the existing level of budget preparation and maintenance plan;⑷measures to improve the typical maintenance and repair, maintenance and amendment of the accumulation of experience;⑸improve bridge performance prediction model, to more accurately predict the future changes in performance of the bridge to make more realistic maintenance and repair decisions.The main subject of study as follows:⑴further optimize the highway bridge management information system. Bridge management information system through the data bridge unified, long-term preservation, while allowing data query, use, maintenance and management staff to improve efficiency and reduce duplication of maintenance personnel, and data sharing;⑵obtained using bridge inspection information on the structure of defects in the bridge, carrying capacity, service level by a comprehensive assessment;⑶bridge in accordance with conditions of load and environmental changes in the state of technology, the development of the law quantitative process, accurate and reasonable forecasts to help bridge a reasonable management allocation of limited conservation funds, the bridge network to maintain the highest possible level of service to maximize the economic and social benefits;⑷establish conservation and management decision support systems, applications, highway maintenance and management of research models, and data maintenance and management scientific forecasting and decision support to improve the conservation and management decision-making efficiency and rationality;⑸to optimize the current network, taking the most advanced object-oriented technology, systems modeling.
