Abstract


Agricultural development and agricultural insurance as a protection system, a deep dependence on the law, the law is the prerequisite for the development and protection. China is currently no one to support the complete laws and regulations. With the expansion of agricultural insurance, the insured farmers, agricultural insurance operators and related growing number of intermediaries, supervision of agricultural insurance, increasing demands for the establishment of agricultural insurance, legal and regulatory system has become the trend.A total of four chapters of this thesis, is the introduction part of the first chapter introduces the topics of the background and significance of the subject, research methods and ideas. The second chapter describes the agricultural insurance and the legal and regulatory interpretation to explain the need for agricultural insurance regulation and significance. The third chapter describes the domestic and international agricultural insurance regulatory system, analysis of China’s agricultural insurance regulatory status quo, especially the weak links, visit the foreign agricultural insurance regulatory system, and made a reference. Chapter by reviewing China’s agricultural insurance policy adjustments and legal adjustment process, combined with the national conditions of China’s agricultural insurance regulatory objectives and principles, regulatory authorities and regulators to determine the specific aspects and content, with a view to promote China’s agricultural insurance laws and regulatory system established.
