Abstract

With the rapid development and wide application of Internet technology, network media becomes the fourth media after the traditional media ,such as the newspapers, radio and television programs,etc. Relying on the natural advantages of network media, network supervision by public opinion became the new forms of supervision by public opinion, its broad scope, swift reaction, multiple main body are beyond comparison of traditional media, network supervision by public opinion which frequently interfere in many hot issues is not only regarded as the best channel for citizens to exercise their right to learn the truth, to communicate and to surpervise,but also known as times strength of realizing social justice and promoting social progress. Justice is another force of realizing social justice, the cases which get into judicial procedure have natural appeal for network public opinion.On one side,the supervision which network public opinion give to judicial can restrain the judicial corruption and promote the judicial reform, but on the other side, it may affect the independence and impartiality of justice.With the further development and deepening of network supervision by public opinion, the problems that exposed in the process of network public opinion giving supervision to justice can’t be ignored, how to coordinate the relations between network supervision by public opinion and justice become serious problems to solve. This article begins at the development course of supervision of public opinion , emphatically analyzes the supervision which network public opinion gives to justice from these aspects as follows:the stage of development, features, status quo. This thesis mainly do research in the harmony and conflict relationship between network supervision by public opinion and justice by means of theoretical analysis and empirical research , analyzes the causes of conflict and puts forward some constructive criticism about building harmonious relations between network supervision by public opinion and justice, so as to they both agree on common goals of realizing social justice.
