According to heavy airborne weapons’ status which is necessary to improved, and the tendency of multiple rocket launcher’s lightening, a concept of Airborne Multiple Rocket Launcher (AMRL) was proposed, and the overall scheme design and analysis were carried out in the thesis.In the scheme design, the vehicle was selected, and the launch canister, landing gear containing loading system, aiming mechanism, rotating frame, etc. were designed. After setting up their 3-D models, overall arrange and performance evaluation were completed.Aiming at the key difficuty in airdrop impact, the impact dynamic models of launch canister landing individually and AMRL landing integrally were setted up. By means of explicit non-linear dynamic method, in the analysis to landing impact, the response were studied that launch canister and AMRL landed under normal, worse and worst airdrop conditions at horizontal attitude, and that launch canister landed under worse condition at inclined attitude. The two safty were evaluated. After simulation and solution, important parts’ result of stress, strain, displacement, and acceleration were obtained. They show that the safty of launch canister accompaning with buffer is assured, but inclined attitude should be tried to avoid, because the second impact will cause serious failure. The AMRL landing without any buffer has severe danger. Some measures are needed and some important parts which contact mutually or used for load-bearing, should be reinforced. The result will provided evidence and guidance for structure’s designing and improving, and airdrop test. The method can be used for reference to study safty of airdrop landing or ammunition’s dropping.
