Abstract


With the continuous deepening of the reform in the government’s airport management, the management role of the airport is changing from service guarantee to comprehensive operational-type. At the same time from the airport to provide security for aircraft operating services to the development of a wide range of functions, airport security, while also seeking to maximize social benefits, economic benefits increase.According to several advanced global business operations of the airport experience, the economic benefits from relying on their internal operations of a single commercial business strategy is gradually changing to better meet passenger demand and to maximize the economic benefits of the business model. The percent of the airport of aviation income is becoming smaller and smaller, the proportion of non-aeronautical revenues increased gradually, the general revenues of the airport can achieve the whole airport income of 60% to 80% as its main source of income. Therefore, the business model of China’s airport terminal is the right choice for a key factor in improving economic efficiency of the airport.This paper analysis through the domestic airport terminal status and mode of business operation, and through the airport terminal A commercial business development status, and found that its existing terminal in the existing commercial business strategy issues. Based on this, the A proposed commercial airport terminal variety of goods and services business strategy, product display and display strategies and pricing strategies, and concludes with the implementation of safeguards.
