Abstract


Air electrical connector as the reliability and quality demanding electronic connection device , the main components glass preform is required to have high accuracy and quality through high - performance dedicated equipment (glass powder press ) , which requires to guarantee . This article focuses on the design principle and main structure of the of aviation electrical connector glass powder press , its main mold structure and hydraulic control system analysis and design . The main work and results of this paper are as follows : an article by the structure of the aviation electrical connector glass blanks analysis for a glass billet high reliability and precision requirements , the completion of the the airborne electrical connector glass powder press design program intended upper die ; 2 according to the intended design of the key components of the glass powder press glass mold structural analysis and design calculations ; proposed to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the assembly process ; using ABAQUS software on a template , type key with the performance of the core and die hole of finite element analysis to improve the precision molds ; the shock force analysis and checking the presses oscillation institutions ejection force mechanics characteristics guarantee glass green density uniformity and mold the reliability , and the completion of the design of the the cavity locking mechanism design principles and other relevant agencies ; according to the job requirements of the of glass glass powder press , press hydraulic control system analysis and design , and presses against the glass powder suppress work feeding reliability and accuracy requirements , the the the MATLAB SIMULINK pressing hydraulic cylinder simulation analysis, to improve the accuracy and reliability of the design work of a hydraulic cylinder ; completed on this basis of the respective hydraulic cylinder structure and hydraulic components design; aviation electrical connector designed in this paper , a glass powder is press better instead of the generic press to produce the glass preform , can improve the uniformity and quality stability of the size of the glass preform , the shape , the positional accuracy and the density , the the press can better meet the needs of the production of glass blanks .
