Abstract


With the rapid development of the construction industry , tower cranes are an increasingly important role in the construction industry . Tower crane safety issues become more and more severe . Although almost all equipped with tower crane safety monitoring device , but every year the tower crane collapse incident . Therefore, it is necessary to improve the performance of the tower crane safety monitoring device . In this paper, embedded micro- controller and operating system as the basis for the development of a real-time , security , stability higher tower crane monitoring system . The tower crane monitoring system is mainly composed of the sensor signal acquisition and control circuits . Samsung S3C2440 processor and Windows CE6.0 operating system at the core of the system . Achieve real-time acquisition , monitoring and display of the parameter information of the tower crane . Tower crane working alarm warning data storage and the data is sent to the management terminal through the wireless module . The main subject of two major hardware development and software development . Software development is divided into system customization, driver development and application development . This thesis is focused on the development of the hardware design of the system and the underlying drivers . The completed work in this paper are as follows : ( 1 ) In accordance with the status quo and development trend of the development of the monitoring system of the tower crane , the development of the general scheme of the system . (2) the selection of hardware and hardware system design completed in accordance with the development plan of the system and the tower crane site conditions . ( 3 ) the preparation of the driver system underlying part of the module , the main AD collection driver circuit , control circuit and serial port . (4) the entire tower crane monitoring system hardware and software co - debugging .
