In this paper, G, M, C three kinds of matrix modifier for Modification B and Z , and the resulting product adsorption isotherm in vitro evaluation, selection of two kinds of AFB1 and ZEN adsorption of mycotoxins for best spectral BCloo and microscopic observation , testing the modified matrix microstructure change . Experiment 1 : This experiment screening non-metallic minerals from bentonite and zeolite mine major collection of the seven different types of bentonite, zeolites and 6 , by measuring the ion exchange capacity , suitable for subsequent modification of the matrix of filters . The results show , 7 ion exchange capacity of bentonite were 49.8 meq/100g, 97 meq/100g, 40 meq/100g, 58 meq/100g, 80 meq/100g, 4.5 meq/100g and 180 meq/100g, 6 zeolites the ion exchange capacity of 105meq/100g, 88 meq/100g, 90 meq/100g, 28.7 meq/100g, 150 meq/100g and 78 meq/100g. Subsequent trials in the selection of the ion exchange of the largest bentonite and zeolite 5 7 as modified by a matrix , denoted as a substrate B and the matrix Z. Test two : Modification of non-metallic minerals and toxins adsorption capacity were evaluated in this experiment using three modifiers (G, M , and C) on the matrix B and Z for Modification obtain BG, BM, BC, ZG, ZM and ZC 6 series of 18 kinds of products . Compared with the adsorption isotherms obtained product for AFB1 and ZEN adsorption effect . The results show that the adsorbent for the adsorption of AFB1 and ZEN modifier with a concentration of the increase . After modification, the Z series adsorbent AFB1 adsorption effect is poor. Therefore , the latter test retains the adsorption effect better BM02, BG02 and BCloo. They AFB1 and ZEN adsorption isotherm were 54.71% , 60.26% , 81.22% and 0.49% , 6.83% , 91.37% . Experiment 3 : Focus on the product of spectral analysis and microscopic observation of the experiment using infrared spectroscopy , X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscopy techniques BCloo analysis. The results show that the modified basic skeleton crystals does not change, but the functional group increases, the gap between the crystal layer increases, and uniform particle size, the specific surface area becomes large.
