Abstract


With the arriving of information age and extensive information technology of application, information has promoted the survival of enterprises and the competitive environment changed fundamentally. At present, Chinese enterprises are during the process of information; especially most of them have already completed the process of e-commerce and financial information. In contrast, most of small businesses due to financial, technical and other factors, there is a certain difficulty to crossed the information "threshold". Zhangjiakou as one of the less developed regions, in this background, the implementation of construction of a majority of SMEs to provide information for the public service information network platform has become very necessary.Implementation the project of“Zhangjiakou enterprise information public service platform Chahar enterprise network”, to provide systematic information service for majority of SMEs of Zhangjiakou City and surrounding cities. For example, by providing the technical support and various forms of enterprise information application services to solve the lack of technology, talents,low-cost,low-threshold application of information technology to lay the foundation for government departments and the related government departments, enterprises, relevant enterprises, but also explore a new path for the less developed regions to open up public services, enterprise information model, it will get a good economic and social benefits.Network security, data and information are the eternal subject of the information process, and also is the most important steps during the building the network platform. This thesis forces on estalishing the platform support system for network security protection. Firstly, it introduces the basic framework of the overall platform; and then from the platform of the network security needs to do the requirement analysis on solving the platform, network security, data security, information security, virus protection and access control; after the technical precautions and management of both proposed solutions to critical safety equipment and systems deployment, thereby building up an effective platform for network security support system to protect the entire network platform, steady, safe and efficient operation; finally, on the platform of network security protection the role of support systems, the economic and social benefits are analyzed.
