Abstract


This paper mainly explores our country university scientific research management in the construction of institutional repository. Its purpose is the academic information resources in universities for research together to provide more convenient search and use agency within the scientific research achievements of academic exchange platform, thus further promote universities, scientific research institutes, enterprises, institutions, the academic community and between individual communication academic activities. Based on the status of the scientific research management in colleges and universities in China research analysis to find research management in universities, the existing problems in universities in China is proposed to solve these problems with research management department of library building common institutional repository in Chinese universities, and combining the reality and scientific research management in China at present situation proposed by institutional repository Dspace open source software platform construction scheme of institutional repository. Hope this joint our library of university scientific research scheme can improve the level of management provide certain reference value.This article through to the domestic and foreign institutions of scientific research management in colleges and universities knowledge present situation of the current work related literature browsing, puts forward research management in universities in China and the existing research resource such as scientific research resource utilization consciousness not enough, scientific research resources integrated resources access content low, scientific research not complete, channel, in view of the above questions, and based on the research of the current situation analysis of institutional repository universities, puts forward and library research management department jointly building institutional knowledge repository, through policy guarantee, scheme resoureces resources and function orientation, and compare general software system Eprints and Fedora DSpace, service performance, choose DSpace software system in colleges and universities by institutional repository research management in construction. Through the research management in constructing the institutional repository, can prompt storage scientific research is produced in a great number of outstanding scientific research information resources for the scientific research personnel, science research, build sharing platform for university research work provide good scientific information services.
