Abstract


The development degree of the service industry is an important sign that measures the economy, social modernization level. The development of service industry, especially the modern service industry, is the strategic act to promote quality and quantity of the national economy, is the inevitable choice to achieve the coordination and continual development of economy society. Owing to this , it is necessary to guide the development of the service industry in China through analyzing and studying deeply the development of the service industry in the world under thinking much of this problem. The objective of the thesis is the service industry, at the same time, a world-wild comparison of the service industry is in order to find out the insufficiency of the service industry in China. Finally ,some policies of structural upgrade and structural coordination are put forward.The article first gives the definition and classification of service industry and service trade, and the studies of foreign scholars and local scholars. Then introduces the development of service industry and service trade of China, pointing out that China’s service industry is the basis of service trade; the service trade led the growth of the services. To prove this , the article does empirical research on the development of service industry and service trade .At last, strategic study on promoting the development of China’s service industry, puts forward some relevant policy suggestion on the basis of learning the successful experience of other countries. And makes some conclusions through the theoretical and empirical analysis of the thesis.In conclusion, the research result of this paper is of momentous current significance. It helps further the development of service industry in China based on the law and trend of structural change of service industry, China’s economic structural improvement and the well-to-do society’s construction.
