Abstract


In recent years , the fungal infection has become one of the major causes of morbidity and mortality . The main the introduced the antifungal classification , mechanism of action , and described in detail the latest research progress of antifungal agents . Based on the research literature has reported on the basis of the mechanism of action of the triazole compounds and structure-activity relationship , fluconazole for the lead compound design and synthesis of 43 have been reported in the 3 - triazole -2 - aryl -1 - substituted phenylthio - prop-2 - Alcohols compound . Design and open up a synthetic route to 1,3 - difluorophenyl and chloroacetyl chloride as the starting material , Friedel-Crafts acylation , epoxidation , nucleophilic substitution and single- oxidation , double oxidation reaction synthesis of the target compound . The target structures were confirmed by ~ 1H-NMR and MS can be confirmed. Anti-fungal activity test in progress of the target compound .
