In recent years, with global deterioration in natural environment and a series of social problems appearing caused by the development of enterprises, the problems of corporate social responsibility have gradually attracted broad attention from people. In northeast, as an old traditional industry base in China, all the listed companies always have been the main power in economic construction in China, at the same time, they also have caused some unharmonious factors, under the large profit temptation, their acts of production and operation appeared unmanaging and uneconomy, and these acts gave corporate’s profit stakeholders, such as staff, consumers and so on, some harm in health, assets etc. but then, which kind of behaviors are good?; which kind of behaviors are bad?; which kind of behaviors are under the question?; what are the reasons?; what are the solutions? when northeast listed companies perform corporate social responsibility. Above so, these are the questions we will discuss in the future. So, This papers will choose northeast listed companies as research objects, based on Profit Stakeholder Theory, Social Contract Theory and Carroll Pyramid Mode Theory, choose Listed Companies Financial Statement as data resourses. We will solve the questions put forward above by comparing northeast listed companies which have been divided according to areas, lines, and character, performing corporate social responsibility. Firstly, this papers review and summarize Chinese and foreign articles related to corporate social responsibility. Secondly, this papers cite Profit Stakeholder Theory, Social Contract Theory and Carroll Pyramid Mode Theory as theory base. Thirdly, this papers judge northeast listed companies by using judgement model. At last, this papers will give out solutions by analyzing these results.
