Abstract


Informatization level is a very important index for the enterprise. Information for the enterprise management is an important way to increase competition in the industry. In order to improve the ability, Cheng Fe pays much attension for information system development. Because the employees of the Cheng Feicompany grow very fast, and at the same time the new construction in recent years, many of the original housing management system can not meet the needs of the housing administration now. So making a new system becomes inevitable. In addition, the company and the personnel office housing, Cheng Fei and financial, a police station, the fire department, and many other unit of information sharing, and other units some system has been upgraded, some already in developing. And in the original system the data transfer to many interfaces and information sharing is very difficult.Through this paper, the author in the information system project should make plan, make cost calculation enough. The reason for the phenomenon is that during the project there is not the scientific project management method to control and manage the project. And there is no schedule of the project neither for the planning controls, nor for the evolution of project risk effectively identifing, and no estimation and evaluation and respond.The company Cheng Fei housing project implements within category system, the implementation schedule and project cost, risk management has been effective control. The company started the project strictly in accordance with the project management methods of the implementation of the project in the process control; this is Cheng Fei housing system in the implementation of the project to be a key factor.This paper introduces the time management and risk management related theory and combining with the practice of Cheng Fei specific about the company during the project process time management and risk management process and method. This paper gives its contribution through summing up the housing system project Cheng Fei in the implementation of time management and risk management method and experience of survey..
