This paper tries to find a transportation System Optimization method with regards of many respects for the Open pit to save the cost and improve transport efficiency. This paper proposes multi-objective transport system optimization method based on fuzzy multi-objective lattice-ordered decision-making on the basis of transport system optimization method in the past.K-shortest path algorithm just finds the k-shortest path taking one object into account and doesn’t achieve multi-objective optimization. The k-shortest path algorithm based on Dijkstra algorithm can find multiple objective shortest path, it find every shortest path with regards to one object firstly, and find the shortest path with regards to multiple object based on the k-shortest path principle latterly.When the object and optional path are more, the Dijkstra algorithm complexity is higher, so it doesn’t suit to multiple objective transport system optimizations. The multi-objective lattice-ordered decision-making method can solve the multi-objective decision making problem, but it’s difficult to define the probability density function of the weight. Because of difficult weight’s probability density function is uncertain, it’s hard to solve the multi-objective decision making problem. So, the applicability of this method is certainly restricted.Because fuzzy multi-objective decision-making method uses fuzzy numbers to represent the weights, it’s easy to solve the multi-objective decision-making problem. But when the decision target and optional program are much more, the complexity of the algorithm riches high. Combine the two methods can solve the multi-objective shortest path decision-making problem efficiently. Apply it to an open pit to verify the utility of fuzzy multi-objective lattice-ordered decision-making method. As confirmed by the actual, the decision-making effectiveness is better.
