With the development of economy, internet, globalization, and business growth since 1980s, competitive environment has changed very much. As a result, company must do more innovation and learn new knowledge endlessly, to response to this new, dynamic and uncertainty society.Small business is a very important part of corporation organization; its environment is more dangerous and more difficult. With the growth of small business, its strategy will change, its profit model will change, and its living-condition will change. At last, small business will change its value creation and acquirement approach.This research aims to find out some rules about Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SME) in field of growth and development, such as the innovation of product or model. There are six chapters in this dissertation, based on the creation, growth, change, innovation and management of SME, related to environment, system, cases and dynamics. Among the whole process of this research, factors and theories are connected here and there, at the same time, our understanding and conclusion are deeding.In order to realize the research objectives, many analysis methods are used, such as literature analysis, interview skills and systematic analysis. At last, some conclusions appeared, including entrepreneur should observe and control the influencing factors during the Enterprises Growth, Enterprises will pay more attention to its operation model to gain more profit, the restructure of product and process will lead to the changes of strategy and organization structure, and it need the help of business model innovation to establish the basement.
