Abstract

Objective analysis of two sets of edema fetal venous catheter blood flow parameters , research cardiogenic factors and heavy α- thalassemia caused by fetal hydrops venous catheter (DV) flow spectrum of different changes . Methods from July 2008 to December 2010 in our hospital prenatal ultrasound examination revealed 69 cases of fetal edema cases , according to the cause distraction edema tire group and heavy α- thalassemia , DV flow spectra were measured and conduct parametric analysis . Results cardiogenic edema occur tire group DV S-wave velocity decreased , a wave of missing or reverse , PVIV, DVPI and DVRI increased. Part of a group of heavy thalassemia fetuses showed edema forward flow velocity (S, a wave ) increases , PVIV, DVPI and DVRI normal or reduced . DV flow spectrum fetal edema groups behave differently (p lt; 0.01). Conclusion cardiogenic factors and anemia caused by fetal hydrops , DV has a different blood flow parameters change, which causes fetal edema, and for the identification of further clinical diagnosis has important guiding significance .
