Objective To study and the establishment of normal reference range of 21 to 25 weeks of gestation normal fetal cardiac anatomy and blood flow velocity , and provide a reference for the evaluation of prenatal ultrasound screening in the second trimester of fetal cardiac morphology . Methods segment analysis of 203 cases in the second trimester ( 21 to 25 weeks of gestation ) normal single fetus pregnancy, fetal echocardiography examination , measurement of cardiac atrioventricular cavity , pulmonary artery , ascending aorta, patent ductus arteriosus diameter and atrioventricular valve blood flow velocity , blood flow velocity of the semilunar valve , patent ductus arteriosus blood flow velocity , venous catheter blood flow velocity . Linear regression analysis of the measured value and the weeks' gestation . 1 heart of the atrioventricular cavity , large blood vessels and ductus arteriosus diameter with gestational age increases ; 2 . Pulmonary artery and ascending aorta ratio does not change with gestational age ; atrioventricular valve port flow peak velocity does not change with gestational age change ; tricuspid and mitral inflow A peak gt ; the E peak ; 5 . semilunar valve port , arterial catheter , catheter blood flow peak velocity with gestational age increases . Conclusion The study established the atrioventricular of 21 to 25 weeks' gestation, fetal heart , major blood vessel diameter and blood flow velocity in the normal reference range for screening for fetal congenital heart disease indicators .
