Abstract

The purpose of lumbar disc herniation is a common disease, frequently-occurring disease, the main clinical manifestations waist, hip and leg pain, heavier and more limp and affected lower limb muscle strength, light hypoesthesia, seriously affecting people's work, life. The disease is more common in older patients, the incidence in recent years tend to be younger. Easy to relapse after clinical cure of the disease, clinicians intractable diseases. Lumbar disc herniation in the treatment of major surgical and non-surgical treatment of two most patients now tend to a variety of factors due to the inherent risks of surgery, fear bring patients before surgery, surgical treatment costs expensive Select the non-surgical treatment. Of massage is a non-surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation, one of the most unique and most effective treatment. With no risk, no harm to the human body, effective, low-cost advantages. Ozone the minimally invasive dissolved disk surgery is an emerging minimally invasive techniques, its efficacy in clinical practice by doctors and patients. The main subject of to explore massage techniques combined with ozone minimally invasive treatment of lumbar disc herniation contrast single ozone minimally invasive interventional treatment of disease clinical efficacy and provide some new theoretical basis for the choice of treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods We collected in September 2009 -2011 in March for treatment at the Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Rehabilitation lumbar disc herniation in patients with a total of 96 cases. The order for consultation were randomly divided into 2 groups: the control group and the observation group, 48 cases in each group. Observation group: 28 males, 20 females, age 27-65 years, mean 44.32 ± 0.21 years, the shortest duration of one week and a maximum of 12 years; control group: 25 males and 23 female, aged 24-62 years old, average 42.13 ± 0.42 years, the shortest course of four days, the longest 15 years; gender, age, treatment of patients by statistical analysis, no significant difference (p gt; 0.05), comparable. The control group were treated with lumbar disc herniation ozone minimally invasive surgery treatment, observation group using massage techniques combined with ozone minimally invasive surgery treatment. The control group of patients admitted to hospital in the CT room of lumbar disc herniation ozone intervention back to the ward after supine 24 hours, to be anti-inflammatory, dehydration, nutrition Neuropharmacology visions patients around the waist, as the case out of bed moderate activity after three days of treatment, was discharged after a week. Discharged wearing a waist visions of its month to avoid a significant bend over waist excessive weight or sedentary for a long stand. Moderate supine rest. Three weeks after the referral. Observation group intervention in patients admitted between ozone after treatment and precautions with the control group, a week after discharge, observe the clinical efficacy of massage therapy three weeks after continued after discharge in the outpatient. Results of a lumbar disc herniation ozone minimally invasive surgery one week discharge by the X2 test, X2 = 0.09 lt; 3.84P gt; 0.05 observation group efficiency compared with the control group no significant difference in the two groups is considerable. 2, lumbar disc herniation ozone minimally invasive interventional surgery and discharged after three weeks, the X2 test, X2 = 4.19 gt; the 3.84P lt; 0.05 observed efficiency compared with control group significant difference in the observation group than the control group. 3, the two ozone minimally invasive intervention in patients discharged after three weeks with treatment before major symptoms, signs points compared Points contrast significant difference (P lt; 0.05) before and after the treatment of two groups of six symptoms and signs, and the treatment was observed after group and the control group were significantly different (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion 1, the two groups of patients after one week of treatment in the ozone minimally invasive interventional procedures compared two groups of patients there was no significant difference in treatment in the two groups. 2, the two groups were involved in ozone minimally invasive treatment comparison was discharged three weeks later, the treatment group was significantly higher efficiency. 3, the control group, the efficiency of slightly less than a week after discharge of efficacy in the three weeks after the referral. After statistical analysis, massage techniques combined with ozone minimally invasive interventional treatment of lumbar disc herniation is superior to the a single ozone minimally invasive surgery.
