Abstract

BackgroundHelicobacter pylori infection-associated disease is common and frequently-occurring disease of a serious threat to the majority of patients health. H.pylori in the global infection rate of natural population of more than 50% in developing countries than developed countries. The more backward the economy, lower educational level, H.PYLORI infection rate is higher. China is a high incidence of H. pylori, H. pylori infection rate in the current disorder was 42% -64%, average 55%.According to the study H. pylori eradication can improve dyspeptic symptoms, the disappearance of some inflammation in the gastric body atrophy reversed, is conducive to cancer prevention, promote ulcer healing and reduce the incidence of gastric cancer, gastric MALT to low-grade malignant lymphoma can be reduced or Disappeared. H.pylori infection treatment of H.pylori has been a hot research field, but there are still many controversial issues which led to the treatment of confusion. Recognized at home and abroad to PPI or colloidal bismuth plus two antibiotics based on the standard triple eradication therapy, with the increase of drug resistance, the eradication of the effect is not very good. Therefore, H.pylori eradication of new treatment options is necessary.ObjectiveTinidazole observed joint rabeprazole, amoxicillin clavulanate potassium, bismuth potassium citrate compared with the standard triple, 7 and 14 days course of treatment to cure Helicobacter pylori clinical Comparison of efficacy. To find a higher eradication rates, fewer side effects, a shorter course of treatment, patients easily accept the new treatment.MethodsMet the inclusion criteria were randomly selected out-patient and hospital Helicobacter pylori infection were randomly divided into 4 groups. Experimental group 1 received oral tinidazole, rabeprazole, amoxicillin clavulanate potassium, bismuth potassium citrate, even for 1 week. Treatment group 2 above, and even clothes for 2 weeks. Control group 1 to give omeprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin clavulanate potassium, and even served a week. Treatment control group 2 above, and even clothes for two weeks. Disabling after 4 weeks with 13C-UBT or endoscopy review, compared to four groups of patients with clinical symptoms of H. pylori eradication rate of improvement.ResultsThe group treatment program can significantly improve clinical symptoms, the total efficiency of 90%. Experimental group and control group, the eradication rates were 92.2%, 79.7%, both statistically significant (P <0. 05). The experimental group and experiment two groups of eradication rates were 92.1%, 92.3%, there was no statistical significance (P> 0.05). The control group and the control of a second group, the eradication rates were 78.4%, 81.1%, respectively, and no statistical significance (P> 0.05).ConclusionTinidazole, rabeprazole, amoxicillin clavulanate potassium, bismuth potassium citrate combined treatment of H. pylori infection, higher than the standard triple eradication rates. And the same scenario a week and two weeks treatment eradication rate of treatment compared with no significant difference. Therefore application of tinidazole, rabeprazole, amoxicillin clavulanate potassium, bismuth potassium citrate week quadruple therapy regimen to eradicate Helicobacter pylori infection has a high rate, short course of treatment, side effects, patients tend to accept.
