Abstract


The commercial bank middle business is playing a more and more important role in commercial banks development. This paper takes the Bank of China Liaoning Branch as an example, combined with other domestic financial enterprise middle business develo-pment experience for reference to the bank of China, the middle of the business develo-pment strategy, the SWOT analysis method to the bank of China, the development of the intermediary business for strategic research.In this paper, first among commercial Banks were reviewed in this paper, combined with the financial industry business among business theory and enterprise development strategy management theory, other domestic financial enterprise from among the adva-nced experience of the business development, learn about the bank the frontier of the development of the intermediate services, and trade of the middle of the business deve-lopment for the bank of China, the middle of the theoretic pivots business development found. And analyze current bank of the macro environment, and their own industry environment, the current situation of management, for the bank of China for business development support among the practice. And on this basis, the application of the strategic management science, economics and knowledge, for Chinese among bank bus-iness now, analyses the present situation and make the company advantage can bring out the best of the future development of strategic planning and measures.
