Has been the anti-aging are all human beings are keen , but confusing topic . The world's population is aging trend is more and more obvious , which makes anti-aging research more attention . Aging is irreversible , the purpose of anti-aging is to improve the quality of life of the elderly , slow down the aging process . However , learning and memory abilities decline seriously affect the quality of life of older persons . Snow Ganoderma as a non-toxic natural medicines , in Tibetan medicine has a long history of drug use . This topic choose snow Ganoderma as the research object to study this natural plant anti-aging , improve learning and memory abilities , and a preliminary study of its mechanism of action . This snow Ganoderma anti-aging function of the first of its kind . Experiments using the the Kunming mice back of the neck subcutaneous injection of D-galactose to build subacute aging mouse model , while giving gavage low , medium and high dose the snow Ganoderma solution (concentration of 2% , 4 %, 8% ) , model group were treated with saline, blank control group was injected , given normal saline , learning and memory ability of the assay Morris water maze , mice and jumping mice in each group were prepared brain homogenates of mice brain tissue NOS, GSH-Px, AChE three enzymes vitality . Experimental results show that : the snow Ganoderma can improve subacute aging mice learning and memory abilities ; improve NITRIC OXIDE SYNTHASE IN subacute aging mouse brain tissue , GSH - Px activity , reducing the activity of AChE . The experimental results show that : the snow Ganoderma can play the anti-aging , improve the role of learning and memory capacity , the mechanism may be through the promotion of the body clear lipid peroxides , enhance the antioxidant capacity of the brain tissue , increase brain ACh content and other aspects to achieve .
