Abstract


Objective:At present, there are a few researches of yang-deficiency constitution at home and abroad,most of which are only about document arrangement, theory discussion, experimental study and epidemiological survey of yang-deficiency constitution.There are few about comprehensive health programs of yang-deficiency constitution. The objective of the thesis is making comprehensive health programs for yang-deficiency constitution to promote it rehabilitationMethods:At first, the thesis sums concepts.classification,influence factors of body constitution in TCM and concepts.formation, feature,determination,good risk group and modern research of yang-deficiency constitution from medical experts nowadays and in the past through the comprehensive collection and reorganization to the ancient and current related literatures. Secondly, the writer analyzes characteristics of yang-deficiency constitution and significance of making comprehensive health programs. Thirdly，it is made from two respects,one physique, the other spirit.Conclusion:Yang-deficiency constitution is a common constitution, which is effected by the congenital, the acquired and other factors.Congenital hereditary factor is the decisive cause in the forming of yang-deficiency constitution. It is especially closest to the constitution of mother and sex of infant. In addition, it is also concerns with the way of feeding after birth, living habits, chronic diseases.sexual overindulgence and so on. The yang-deficiency condtitution usually be observed among sub-healthy crowd,women,old people. This is a key feature of the yang-deficiency condtitution. And the yang-deficiency constitution is the unity of stability and the variety during the onset. It lays the theoretical foundation for the feasibility of prepaiding health plan for yang-deficiency constitution. The right recognition which is about concepts, feature and diagnosis of yang-deficiency constitution has a great significance in making health plan for yang-deficiency constitution. The writer combinates Constitution theory of TCM, Dietotherapy of TCM and Modern Nutriology closely, and insist on the idea of Health preservation from both physique and spirit.and make a comprehensive health programs of yang-deficiency constitution, such as dietary structure(energy intake, food choice, dietary formulation), daily life, exercise training, pharmacotherapy and emotion nursing. I hope that it will offer a helpful train of thought and a way for prepaiding health programs of yang-deficiency constitution and other body constitution.
