Abstract


Objective To observe the moxibustion pre- stimulus effects of Alzheimer's disease model rat hippocampus CDK5 and P27kipl is to study and explore moxibustion mechanism for prevention and treatment of AD . The method all rats were randomly divided into four groups to be moxibustion treatment for eight weeks of pre- moxibustion group rats \mouse model . By Morris water maze navigation test and spatial probe test AD rat behavior detection . Immunohistochemical method to detect rat hippocampus CDK5 and P27kip1 for expression . Results 1. Behavior by the Morris water maze learning test: navigation test in the previous five days average escape latency and six days of space exploration experiment by the residence time of the original number of the escape platform and the effective area index data , sham-operated rats with normal group showed no significant difference ( P gt; 0.05 ) ; However , the model group and the normal group and sham group compared to both a significant difference ( P lt; 0.01 ) ; pre - moxibustion rats , learning and memory abilities better than the model group ( P lt; 0.01 ) . Observed by immunohistochemical method the hippocampal area CDK5 and P27kip1 of expression : the normal group compared with the sham group , of CDK5 and P27kip1 the expression was no significant difference ( P gt; 0.05 ) ; model rats CDK5 expression in the hippocampus significantly increased , a corresponding reduction in the P27kip1 expression , and before the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.01 ) ; rat brain CDK5 expression of pre - moxibustion group compared with the model group decreased significantly , P27kip1 expression was significantly increased, the difference was significant ( P lt; 0.01 ) . Conclusion 1. Kidney essence deficiency , lack of sea of ??marrow is the main reason of the Alzheimer disease . In response to this the main reason , acupuncture fill fine to kidney , brain puzzle is the main principle of treatment . The Baihui shenshu chosen as a main point of the fight against the disease . 2 . Moxibustion pre-stimulation can effectively improve learning and memory ability of AD model rats , is one of the effective prevention and treatment of AD . And moxibustion is safe and easy to operate , can be applied in clinical practice . Moxibustion prevention and treatment of AD mechanism may be through reduce CDK5 of expression , increased expression of P27kip1 to prolong cell life , to play the role of neuroprotective factor , in order to achieve the purpose of suppressing the pathological features of AD .
