In recent years, various phenomena in countryside by the beginning of the social crowd's attention, this paper is the study of the rural gambling is rampant problem. The reason of choosing this aspect to do the survey, mainly because of the author's hometown -- in town, has the problem, and even some of the author's relatives, friends, are addicted to gambling, the author hope that through investigation, summarizes the causes of small dyke rural town of gambling is rampant, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure, to change this situation radically. The survey used a questionnaire survey, interviews, participant observation and other methods, the problem on the small dyke rural town of gambling, were investigated from their family, entertainment, work and thought. Found that people over fifteen years old in rural areas are involved in gambling, the phenomena of adult population of thirty to forty year old gambling relatively concentrated. But through the investigation discovery, the gambling phenomenon has the main reason lies in the lack of rural cultural facilities, farmers slack time with nothing to do, this paper on the results of the investigation analysis of the causes of gambling phenomenon exists, and preferential policies for the construction of rural grass-roots entertainment facilities in Anhui Province, puts forward some suggestions and measures.
