Insecurity, India strengthening military power and adjusting the securitystrategy, bring some threat to the China’s peaceful environment.Politically, India leading South Asia, and the relations between bigpowers, and closely in many international organizations in an important position, the international visibility enhancement, affect China’sinternational political environment. Economically, the rapid developmentof the information industry improves the impact on the Chineseinternational economic environment.The second part, this paper introduces India to China’s peacefuldevelopment of the positive influence. In security, India throughpromoting military high-level visits, military drill and warshipsvisits,India military exchanges and cooperation; through the pushsino-india negotiation, etc., can promote the border issue, the issue ofTibet and history to the solution of the problem; India can also strengthenby promoting China and South Asia relations, consolidate the status ofstability in southeast Asia, China and northeast Asia, close therelationship between China and the relationship between the neighboringcountries.
