Abstract


With the development of economic globalization, the competition among the enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, how to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises, reduce management costs, improve service levels, are already problems no enterprise management level can take lightly. Whereas inventory management is an important part of an enterprise’s management, it not only occupied amount of current funds, but also effect on enterprise’s daily productive activity and work efficiency. At the present stage,most manufacturing enterprises particularly coal enterprise still exist many problems such as informationization level is low and inventory management methods is unreasonable.This paper is designed to the open coal mine as the backdrop, combined with the AnTaiBao open-pit mine’s the actual situation. According to software life-cycle method to develop, this thesis puts forward overall objective of system design. Based on the research in the field, the paper sets up the inventory management system database model using database technology.This system takes ABC analysis method into inventory management aid analysis, elaborates JIT purchasing and inventory control methods realizing purchasing control strategy for needs. The system Function is integrity, covering the whole inventory management business processes from materials storage and removed from storage. The interface style is unified. This system is easy to operate and has a strong practical value.
