Abstract


This paper introduces a new support equipment temporary of the tunneling face - The self-motion assistanced powered support equipment for tunneling machine. It is used with the tunneling machine, and mainly used for supporting the roof to prevent roof collapse, so it provides a safe work space for the construction works and construction equipment; Because the device structures use the network structure and increase the roll function, so it not only can ensure continuous operation of the tunneling machine, achieve boring side edge support implementation, but also can be permanent support and improve the work efficiency of the tunneling face and realize high efficient and safe production. Firstly, this paper studies a new type of aircraft on the base of the traditional hydraulic support, and improves the structure of component parts of the self-motion assistanced powered support equipment for tunneling machine , and takes the use of network structure, increases the lapping function. The paper describes the structure, working principle, characteristics and bearing of the support equipment; and carries out the mechanical analysis using traditional conventional methods to the support equipment in order to verify strength. Secondly, the paper completes the three-dimensional model by the use of three-dimensional software Pro / E, and virtually assembles and takes interference checking of the equipment, to verify the feasibility in the component design, assembly and movement. Finally, by the model transformation between the software of Pro/E and ANSYS ,and takes the static analysis of the top beam and base of the support equipment by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and receives deformation and stress contour under the maximum pressure of the roof, to check the strength and stiffness, to provide a theoretical basement of the feasible of the design. In summary, the significance of this paper is: In this paper, it researches and designs the new structure of the self-motion assistanced powered support equipment for tunneling machine, establishes a three-dimensional structure model, and conducts static analysis. The device is simple and portable, and it speeds up the driving speed, improves labor productivity. The equipment will make the heading face more scientific, advanced, practical and standardized.
