Abstract


NGO plays a more and more important role in the construction of the harmonious socialdemocracy society. Strengthen our NGO under the perspective of harmonious society, toachieve the healthy and orderly development of the NGO, has important theoretical andpractical significance.With the deepening of reform and opening up, the construction of the NGO has madegratifying achievements in the realization of democracy and the rule of law, social justice, thecoordination of social relations play an important role, but because of the NGO constructionin China started late, the concept of social development is relatively hysteresis, over-relianceon government, so independence is not strong; function is far from being brought into play;within the organization with poor management; inadequate laws and regulations and otherissues, has seriously hampered the healthy development of the NGO.Perspective harmonious society, Chinese NGO construction must adhere to the scientificdevelopment concept, the "people-oriented", establish and improve the scientific managementsystem, scientific decision-making. Enhance the Government’s structural reform, establishservice-oriented government, to provide a good platform for the development of NGO;improve relevant laws and regulations, create a favorable legal environment for NGO; andstrengthen social and cultural construction, create a good social and cultural environment forNGO; learn from foreign NGO’s successful experience scenically; seeking NGO model ofdevelopment suited to China’s practical actively.
