Abstract


Cultural and creative industry cluster as a special form of industrial clusters , can be considered as interrelated cultural and creative industries , and in relatively concentrated geographically certain corporate and institutional collections. It is to a certain kind of cultural and creative industries as the leading , supplemented by other related supporting industries enterprises and institutions to form a relatively complete industrial chain, with leading industry companies related industries , economies of scale and economies of scope , so as to promote the entire industry cluster development . Cultural and creative industry park generally based on cultural and creative industries as the leading industry position, together with the corresponding management system , public service facilities, creative atmosphere, and epitomizes research and development, training , incubation , production , exhibition, trade and other functions for creative products planning production and sales of specialized park. When the leading industries clarity , auxiliary industries perfect supporting services institutions sound , could be fully certain cultural and creative industries cluster effect. Cultural and creative industry clusters play a cluster effect , is the cultural and creative industrial park development goals. Chinese nationals in the cultural and creative products and works of art in the context of growing demand , as a cultural and creative industries in space gathering , cultural and creative industrial park has become China's industrial agglomeration area of focus. This paper analyzes the domestic and international cultural and creative cultural industry development trends and characteristics , as well as creative and cultural industry park Lanzhou external environment and internal conditions for development .
