Abstract


With the advent of the information age and the knowledge-based society , the cultural industry has become a new growth point of national economic development and strategic high ground , and its growing importance . The low level of the development of China's cultural industry , especially in the western region , although the vast territory , rich in historical and cultural resources , but the long-standing lack of the concept of cultural resources industry and policy guidance , the slow pace of development , the low level , needs to be improved . In this context , the study of Western historical and cultural resources industry , to improve the competitiveness of the western cultural industries , is of great significance . In the initial stage of the development of the cultural industry , cultural resources industry is the main form of cultural industries . Especially strong cultural ability to apply technology and cultural market development capabilities , the use of existing cultural resources and develop the cultural industry has become the most appropriate choice . China 's western region , it is , has a rich historical and cultural relics , relying on the historical and cultural resources advantage , to explore the value of historical and cultural resources , stronger and bigger cultural industry , is an important issue . In this paper, the theoretical analysis combined with typical enterprise , finishing the Western historical and cultural resources and cultural industries and research . First of all , on the basis of a review of related research to determine the ideas and methods of this study , the structural framework is constructed in this article . Second , from the definition and connotation of the concept of the historical and cultural resources , western cultural industries Discrimination start western historical and cultural resources and the typical enterprise development status , based on the study of relevant theory , research , and finally fully learn from the experience of developed countries on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the the western current stage of development within the historical and cultural industry factors and the external environment . In order to accelerate the development of cultural industries in the west , and to make some suggestions .
